Father’s day began in 1910, and was dedicated to a dad who brought up his children alone, and a Father’s Day committee was formed in 1926. Father’s day is now as much of an institution as mother’s day. It is a great time of year to celebrate everything that your dad has ever done for you, and to let him know how much you love him. Father’s day is a great way for the whole family to come together and celebrate their dad, and hosting a party is bound to flatter and somewhat embarrass the man of the hour. If there are several dads in the family – grandfathers, brothers and sons, then a party which invites everyone can be a really fantastic thing to see. Organising a party around a theme should ensure that nothing goes wrong – why should it – and that everyone enjoys themselves.
